CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS – INTERNATIONAL VEHICLE INSURANCE COMPANY
WELL ESTABLISHED UK INSURANCE COMPANY SEEK TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS TO START ASAP
CBD CAPE TOWN | R7 500 – R8 000 Basic + Monthly Incentives
(Can be increased to R9000 Basic after 6 months. Average earning +- R14 000 PER MONTH including incentives)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday Rotational Shifts starting from 09:30am and finish at 18:30pm or 10:30am and finish 19:30pm | Working 45 Hours per week and every second Saturday
We are seeking dynamic passionate, customer service enthusiasts for a fast paced company. The position requires people with proven record in excelling in a highly pressured customer services driven role. You must be calm and collected and just love dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and problems. You must have the ability to relate to customers in a professional, positive and engaging manner to ensure all customers are happy once dealing with you.
We are needing Driven, Motivated & Dynamic candidates that meet with the job requirements below:
Must be extremely well spoken (have no accent) as you will be dealing with a UK Client base.
Previous CUSTOMER SERVICE experience is essential – ideally NOT ONLY within a contact centre environment.
Must have experience in dealing with difficult clientele, irate customers and excelling in this.
Must have stable career and longevity in previous positions.
Must be target driven and ambitious.
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Must have Matric with relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience in dealing with UK clients is ideal.
Must have ability to work well under pressure.
Be passionate in providing high service levels.
Must be a quick thinker, adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work relevant shifts/hours.
