Duties:
Handle all customer inquiries verbally and in writing
Identify customer needs to provide quality service
Manage and resolve customer service queries and complaints
Provide customers with accurate information on the products and services
Update existing customer information
Assist with claim queries
Investigate, resolve and process high volumes of customer enquiries to deliver quality customer service
Escalate calls
Requirements:
Neutral English Accent (Strong command of English)
Experience dealing with UK customers (Advantageous)
Matric
ITC and Criminal Clear
Typing 25+ wpm
9-12 Months Customer Service Experience Required (Call Centre, Retail and hospitality)
Good computer skills
Insurance Knowledge a bonus
