Customer Service Executive
Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R 13 000 + Benefits

Preferred Minimum educational qualification and work experience for the position:
Grade 12 Certificate
Min two years working experience
Previous experience in sales will be an advantage – proven track record of employment
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
Computer literacy essential
General office admin experience
Experience of working in an inspection /certification industry and/or the compliance verification of products will be an advantage

Essential Requirements
Ability to provide high standards of customer service
Keyboard / data-entry skills – both in speed and accuracy
Proven ability to multitask
Ability to work in a pressurized, fast-paced environment
PC literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Ability to work with little supervision
Good command of both the English business language as well as Afrikaans, read/write/speak.
Exceptional Interpersonal skills
Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential information
Ability to work effectively in a team
Be professional and ethical at all times
Attention to detail
