Our client a Marketing and Advertising specialist based in the Northern Suburbs has a position available for a Helpdesk Operator. First port of call to internal external customers having problems with hardware and software. Resolving incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

Key requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Fully bilingual - able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
Customer services experience within a first line support role


An ideal Customer Service/Helpdesk Operator will possess the following skills and experiences:
Customer focus
Quality awareness
Good problem solving skills
Enthusiasm and drive
IT literate
Flexible approach to stand by and overtime requirements (ability to work every other weekend)

Remuneration: R9550 + benefits after successful completion of the probation period
Location: Bellville, Cape Town
