TCG are growing again and we have created a new position in the company. The position entails contacting customers daily, directing calls appropriately, coming up with solutions for customers and most of all, monitor incoming calls / tickets and ensuring they are assigned and completed in a timeous manner.

As this is a new position, there is a lot of space to grow and define the position more clearly. Currently, this is a 6 month contract position. Should you manage to be invaluable to our company, there is a possibility of creating a permanent position.

We are looking for someone special. Someone who can 100% do the following and fits the personality traits as below:

1. Excellent Telephone Manner in English and Afrikaans
2. Be able to work under tremendous pressure
3. Solve Problems
4. Run a schedule like a tight ship and still manage to work out to adjust when necessary
5. Incredibly organised
6. Strong Leadership skills
7. Punctuality

Skills:
1. Excellent PC literacy
2. Problem Solving Skills
