The Customer Service Manager position encompasses the management and administration of all customer service functions, including branches and export compliance.
Reports To:
• Services Operations Executive
Competencies Required:
• BCom, Logistics, Business Management Degree
• Excellent client service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good managerial skills
• Communication skills
• Administration skills.
• Baan and Microsoft office experience.
• Export experience (Order, documentation and forex rates experience).
• Leadership and development skills
• Preferably a degree or diploma in logistics management
