Our client a Chemical Manufacturing Plant is looking to engage the services of a Customer Services Officer. Ideal candidate should have experience in sales, production and logistics as well as a firm understanding of how a production environment works – from receipt of order, dispatch of order, following up on orders etc.

Duties / Responsibilities:
• Full customer service duties.
• Receiving and processing of orders.
• Liaise with sales marketing, production and logistics teams.
• Review and resolve queries.
• Oder confirmations.
• Follow up on book orders and drop shipment orders.
• Filing and scanning of documents.
• Ad-hoc customer services functions.

Qualifications / Experience:
• Matric.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Services / Financial environment.
• Experience on Navision will be an advantage.
• Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.
