Job Description
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Processing customer sales orders received via fax, phone and email
Preparation of quotes and shipping invoices
Liaising with the internal business units and external sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintaining customer database and answering incoming product related calls
Handling customer queries relating to stock availability
Monitoring stock availability and creating schedule reports
Other ad-hoc administration duties as required
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience working within a fast paced Customer Service position. Your professional written and verbal communication skills will be beneficial in the role as you will have dealings with clients and colleagues. Ideally you will have demonstrated experience processing a high volume of orders. Lastly, your sense of ownership and autonomy will ensure a smooth transition into the role.
