Customer Service Rep
Accountabilities:
· Respond to incoming telephone inquiries regarding plan information, coverage, status and eligibility for dental and extended health care claims
· Be the first point of contact for customers by responding in a professional manner
· Data entry of claim information
· Filing
· Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years' experience in an inbound customer service role
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Strong MS office skills
· Superior Time management and multi-tasking skills while maintaining a superior level of customer service
· Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment
· Previous Group benefit plan administration experience or claims experience is a strong asset

Total Compensation Package: R 10 000.00
