A financial services company in Hermanus has vacancies for 2 x Customer Service Representatives.

Job Description:

* Responsible for end-to-end delivery of customer outcomes (after customer accepts quote for services).
* Facilitate and administer processes necessary to achieve mutually agreed customer outcomes.
* Responsible for client communication, requesting necessary information and keeping clients informed on progress. 

Requirements:

* Minimum requirement: Grade 12 or equivalent.
* Exposure to / theoretical knowledge of FAIS & FICA legislation required.
* Minimum two years’ experience in a reasonably complex process-orientated environment, preferably within Financial Services / Banking/ Insurance
/ Brokerage / Legal environments.
* Tertiary qualification in Finance / Admin / Secretarial / Insurance / Para-legal is not a requirement, but would be an advantage.
