Quest wants to take your excellent Customer Service to the next level!!!
Your love for providing the best customer experience is in demand. We are in search of Customer Service Specialists to provide excellent service to our UK Clientele. Successful incumbents will need to assist Clients with queries regarding their current cellular accounts.
The following are key pre-requisites to apply:
• Matric with English as a first language
• A clear credit and criminal record
• Minimum 9 months unbroken Call Centre experience
• Computer literate
• Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
• Ability to work shifts is critical Monday to Sunday (9am to 10pm).

? Minimum monthly salary of R6900 inclusive of a shift allowance for the first 6 months.
? After 6 months, a monthly salary of R7650 inclusive of a shift allowance applies.
? Up to R700 per month just for working weekend shifts.
? Earn up to 20% of your basic salary as a performance incentive (based on performance)

Free Transport is provided and is available for shifts that end at 7pm onwards.
