We are currently looking for German, Greek and Italian speaking individuals who can help us deliver outstanding customer service to our international markets.

Advisors to provide superior airline reservation services to customers. Duties include handling inquiries relating to ticket fares, flight schedules, bookings, connecting flights, airline policies, departure and arrival times and international airport requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Fluent in German or Greek or Italian and English ( Verbal)
Grade 12
Computer literacy at intermediate level
Experience in customer services / call centre / travel and tourism sector advantagous
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions

Monday - Friday shifts with an earliest start of 07h00 & latest end of 19h00 with rotational Weekends (Shift Roster)
8 hour shifts (30 minute paid lunch break)
Weekends/ Public holidays ( Shift roster)
No nightshift
