Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service to all of our clients by attending to their needs/queries promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner:


Responsibilities:
Close monitor of distribution (branch or client specific)
Close monitor of collections & returns (branch or client specific)
Handle queries & inquiries on a local & national basis.
Ensure that all consignments are delivered according to the service level agreement.
Provide the client with prompt feedback on late deliveries, incorrect addresses, lost consignments, etc.
Investigate & report on delivery exceptions.
Compile reports - specific criteria (POD/consumer/outlying/returns etc)
Provide statistical information on distribution parameters/delivery conformance.
Arrange all special deliveries/collections.
Assist operations, locally & nationally, with all problematic consignments.
Co-ordinate all sensitive/promotional distributions.
Risk (Claims) Procedures.
Keep clients abreast of operational procedures/changes
Manage and follow up on problem trip report daily.

Requirements:minimum
Matric
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer services environment (preferably industry related)
Proven ability in controlling delivery schedules and conformance performance parameters.
