Exciting job opportunity at leading financial services provider in Cape Town’s city centre. Successful candidate will be responsible for effective management and the motivation of the vibrant inbound customer service contact centre.

KPI’s

Mentor and grow inbound customer service team
Develop and manage KPI’s to ensure effective management of department
Monitor, review and evaluate performance of overall team
Evaluate performance data and allocate optimum resource overall efficiency
Ensure all staff are appropriately trained on servicing customers on range of available products and services
Ensure industry leading levels of customer service for contact centre

Requirements

3 Years or more customer service team manager experience
Good working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office skills
Experience in change management
Matric essential (Maths preferred)
Management Qualification an advantage
Clear Credit Record
Clear Criminal Record
Flexibility in being part of a team managing a 365/24/7 call centre
