Global E Commerce Company who service online gaming clients in Europe, UK, Canada and Australia need to hire a CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT who is able to work in a shift environment 24/7/365 (5 days on, 3 days off 6am-2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm-6am).

Working within a small team you will be dealing with customers via the telephone, email and web chat. We are looking for young, confident, professional individuals with a neutral English accent and a good level of assertiveness when dealing with customers. You must be calm under pressure with fabulous time management skills.

Clear credit and criminal record ESSENTIAL. Own transport as it is a 24/7/365 environment.
