The ideal candidate Must be Afrikaans Speaking

WILLING to work in a 24-hour shifted environment (night shift included), 365 days a year including Saturdays and Sundays (rotational roster).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to correspond with clients through different channels including emails, fax and phone
Candidates must be multiligual – the more languages the better!!!(Fluent in English, Afrikaans, SeSotho Tswana, Venda, Swati, Pedi)
Must possess a strong sense of urgency and accuracy as well as ability to work independently on the night shift.
Attend to Municipality customer complaints.
Escalate to the Municipality stakeholders to attend to the matter.
Continuous follow ups to make sure issue is resolved in required SLA
Re-escalate to line management of Municipality
Capture accurately on the system and close incidents

Requirements

Afrikaans first language

Matric

At least 3 years customer services experience
Criminal clear
Own reliable transport
