My client in Milnerton (Cape Town), a service delivery company is seeking a Customer Services Agent.

NO RELOCATIONS - YOU MUST RESIDE IN THE WESTERN CAPE

The maximum package, depending on experience and qualifications, is:
Basic 4850 / RA 650 / Bonus 1000
Total 6500
The bonus will only be paid out if the candidate stays until the end of April, thereafter it will be paid monthly provided the candidate achieves performance (work is carried out with due care) and attendance targets.

Job description and Requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum matric with either:
o No experience and good academic results
o Or minimum 2 years’ experience and contactable references

Responsibilities:
• Assists customers - telephonically and personally in establishing their needs and cross sell.
• Quotes on products customer has selected.
• Follows up on quotations given.
• Processes orders utilising the correct procedures.
• Ensures excellent after-sales service by following up on deliveries and ensuring customer is satisfied and also seeks future selling opportunities.
• Follow up on debtors
• Handles complaints/queries
• Entry level Accounting (capturing of supplier invoices, prepares and submits vehicles and consumables reports)
• Attends to general administration duties, i.e., filing, invoicing and record keeping, prepares trading reports.
• Other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time
