Customer Services Consultant - Durban
CUSTOMER SERVICES CONSULTANT to be based in WESTMEAD, Durban.
Purpose of the position: A customer Services portfolio is a tool for B2B companies to develop customer relationships that are profitable and sustainable. The process starts by identifying all your company's customers and evaluating them using meaningful criteria.
Applicants should have/be the following:
Degree/diploma in Marketing/Sales – an advantage.
Manufacturing background/experience – an advantage.
Furniture manufacturing background/experience – an added advantage.
Retail sales experience – an advantage.
Strong traceable office administration experience.
Computer Literacy - must have solid MS Office and outlook knowledge.
Able to communicate effectively in English-both written and verbal.
Must have a strong outgoing, vibrant personality to deal with customers.
Key Performance Areas but not limited to:
Customer Analysis and behavior
Customer profitability audits
Assist with Internal sales support to the Sales Director, Sales Executives and Key Account Managers,
which will entail administration support, planning and order control.
Assist with Customer liaison for deliveries and after sales service.
Assist actively in showroom setups and maintenance
Follow up closely with samples and deliveries to buyers.
R12 000 to R16 000 tctc negotiable dependent on qualification and experience.
