VACANCY: CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT (Hillcrest)
Looking for an energetic, well spoken individual to join a medium sized company as a CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT handling incoming (inbound) client queries. The candidate will be trained on all aspects of the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Answering incoming calls
2. Registration of new customers
3. Updating customers details
4. Follow up emails for any problems
5. Communicate any issues
6. Assisting walk in customers
7. Scanning documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

a). Matric
b). 2 + years work experience (customer service or inbound call centre experience an added advantage)
c). Have a good telephone manner
d). Have resilience and people skills
e). Be a teamplayer
f). Computer literate
g). Be able to work every 2nd Saturday morning

PACKAGE:

R4,000 to R5,000 basic
Medical Aid (after probation period is completed)
