Requirements:
Min 3 years’ experience in liaising with customers in a customer service environment.
A driver’s license, computer literacy and good command of the English language is a necessity.
Minimum requirements are a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration or equivalent.

Duties:
Co-ordination of all orders from order placement to expediting and liaising with sales and/or Supply Chain Manager throughout this process to ensure all problems/delays are communicated and resolved effectively.
Receiving and processing of sales orders, following these through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring that processing is accurate.
Month-end processing and reconciliation of orders, consignment stocks and all relevant tasks to ensure timeous submission for customers and finance.
Dealing with queries from sales reps/Customers.
