Our client is a major role player in the Health Care industry and requires the expertise of an Exec to manage Customer Services within a demanding and challenging Industry.
Measure Service level agreement
Strategic decision making to ensure growth and Customer satisfaction
Manage the Services Departments in terms of People, Turn Around time, Call Centre operations External Client Liaison with Governmental counterparts in terms of service delivery and Head Count
Analysis of reports and the presentation to Board and EXCO level
Matric or equivalent qualification
Degree preferably in Social Science etc.
5 years proven management experience essential
3 of these years in a call centre management
Advance expertise in terms of call centre technology / processes etc.
Please note that this position can be either situted in Johannesburg or Cape Town
