Our client, a leading Retailer, requires the services of vibrant personable In-Store Customer Services Managers in various Cape Town and Overberg Suburbs, who will report to the Regional Customer Services Manager.
The key performance areas:
? Responsible for dealing with all aspects of customer relations including customer interactions, complaints and following up on feedback
? Responsible for the education and monitoring of colleague’s behavior with regards to customer service
? Responsible for doing relevant administration including weekly and monthly reporting on customer complaints and progress made on complaints
? Reporting and escalation of problem cases
? Responsible for organizing, chairing and minute taking of customer panels
? Organizing customer events
? Must act as ambassador for the company at all times
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a PR / Marketing / Event Management Diploma / Degree
? 3 - 5 Years Customer Services Management experience
? Thorough knowledge of food and cuisine
? Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
? Must have a love and passion for food
? Previous catering experience will be an advantage
? Must have a love for people and hands-on approach
? Must be very presentable, assertive and able to deal with people at all levels
? Results orientated with problem solving skills
? Able to take ownership of situations
? Computer literate (MS Office)
? Must be willing to work Retail hours – in-store
? Must have a valid and unendorsed driver’s license and own transport
