Customer Support Agent

Description:- 1st point of contact for all CSC calls. Management of client expectations through clear communication and effective delegation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Answer phone courteously and in a timely manner.
- Log accurate ticket for each call
- Do follow ups accordingly
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- IT Certification (advantageous)
Experience:
- Customer service / centre (min 1 yr)
Qualities:
- Fully bilingual (written and verbal).
- Well spoken.
