We are looking for well spoken Customer Support Agents to join our National Customer Support Center in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond and Solve customer problems/queries timeously and professionally, telephonically, via email and Chat systems.
• Respond and Solve customer problems/queries timeously and professionally, on our social media platforms.
• Escalate issues that have an impact on operations, sales and technical processes to the relevant parties.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
• Required to work shifts and weekends
• Matric. Previous Customer Support experience is a plus
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Pro-active and good at identifying problems or potential problems
• Ability to work in isolation as well as within a team environment
• Organized and methodical
• High attention to detail is essential

Remuneration based on skills and experience.
