Description:
  • 1st point of contact for all CSC calls. Management of client expectations through clear communication and effective delegation.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
  • Answer phone courteously and in a timely manner.
  • Log accurate ticket for each call
  • Do follow ups accordingly
 
Qualifications
  • Grade 12
  • IT Certification (advantageous)
 
Experience:
  • Customer service / centre (min 1 yr)
 
Qualities:
  • Fully bilingual (written and verbal).
  • Well spoken.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts
