To service the Med-e-Mass customer base and business partners whilst building and maintaining strong relationships ensuring client retention thus contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Provides software related maintenance, diagnosis and repair services directly to customers on-site.
Technical problem resolutions for customer internal or external, telephonically or via remote support.
Support is required for our existing products and other programs/operating systems:

Med-e-Mass Plus
Elixir
MasterMed
HealthOne
Windows operating software
SQL
Elixir Live
Any third party software that is related to the above mentioned software.
Diagnose the computer hardware/network if the above applications are not functional. Must have the capability to offer a solution to the client if a problem has been detected.

Job Requirements
Matric
Systematic, disciplined and analytical
Communications ability, orally and in writing
A+ or MCSE and advantage
Healthcare Industry Experience
Account Management experience will be an advantage
