Job description

Responsible for providing a consistently excellent level of timely, informative and solution focussed customer service to all company clients.

(Duties are expected to include, although not limited to)

To provide customer support for incoming queries from clients through calls, live chat and tickets (emails) in support languages – French and English
Consultation with clients to ensure understanding of products and payment solutions; and the troubleshooting of potential problems
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Identifying, researching and resolving customer issues in a timely fashion by accurately assessing the information provided and escalating it if necessary
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Contribute to the company culture by applying your skills in working toward the shared goal of the organisation and business
Maintain a clear and accurate client log to ensure the log is up-to-date

Requirements

Mother-tongue fluency in French and English. Additional European support language(s) would be of advantage
1- 2 years’ experience in Customer Service (online Lottery and Gaming industry preferred)
Minimum Grade 12 qualification
Computer literate and familiar with e-commerce
