Opportunity to join leading software company as a Customer Support Technician.
Responsibilities are to deliver excellent customer care, to assist with any needs or questions regarding POS Software, Hardware and other programs developed by the company.

Working mainly in MSSQL server, troubleshooting the POS system and windows related queries.
Our client is based in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town. Due to the nature of this role please note that shift-work applies. MS SQL competency evaluation will be conducted.

Requirements listed below:
BSc (IT) or IT diploma (A+; N+)
Microsoft SQL knowledge/experience secures for this role
Fully bilingual English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s license/own vehicle
