An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Cyber Security Sales Consultant to work in a virtual office covering KZN and the Eastern Cape – offices are based in Umhlanga. Required to work 3 days a week. 

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years proven history presenting to C- level in enterprise environments.
• Own Vehicle and Laptop – essential
• Passionate for learning and ongoing skill development. 
• CISSP and other security certifications – an advantage
• Overall knowledge in cyber security environment is required including knowledge in:

-        Networking

-        Firewalls (firewall auditing and network access control mechanisms)

-        Routers

-        Scanners (such as Nessus, Nexpose, Metasploit, Qualys etc)

-        IDS/IPS

-        SIEM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer and prospects meetings, presentations, gathering requirements and competitive positioning.
• Technical account management conducting effective hands-on product demonstrations and technical discussions with prospects, customers and channel partners.
• Lead and manage pilot and proof-of-concept execution.
• Strong in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Salary: 

Please Note: The salary is not just 10k negotiable (7k plus maximum of 3k per month for travel and accommodation). The commission offered is between 5 – 7% per sale(1 sale is rarely anything below 100k ), in addition this will be reviewed after 3 months
