A Global E-Commerce Management Company based in Cape Town CBD is seeking a Czech/Slovak speaking Call Centre Agent. No experience required. All training will be given.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English and second language: Czech/Slovak
• Matric (or equivalent) plus relevant experience in call centre environment
• Suitable for tertiary students applicants on part-time basis
• Permitted to work in South Africa
• Willing to work shifts within a flexible schedule including night shifts and weekend shifts (Depends on the time zones)
• Own transport (beneficial)

You will be responsible for providing a high level of proactive, solution focussed customer service to all company clients.

Key Responsibility Areas:
• To provide customer support for incoming queries from clients, live chat and tickets (emails) in support language being CZECH/SLOVAK and English
• Consultation with clients to ensure understanding of products and payment solutions; and the troubleshooting of potential problems
• Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Identifying, researching and resolving customer issues in a timely fashion
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
