As the Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out sophisticated reporting, actionable insights and setting measurement standards for the Data and Insights team and their clients.

Your job duties as the Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist in Johannesburg:

- Provide actionable insight to clients based on the business data needs
- Analyse data, interpret results and recommend actions to optimize marketing channel investments
- Support day-to-day management of client’s analytics systems to ensure tracking and reporting is functioning optimally
- Apply design and data analysis techniques to organize the presentation of data in visually innovative ways in order to make it easier to understand, insightful, and actionable
- Design and creation of visualizations of data (interactive dashboards, charts, desktop/mobile displays, etc.)
- Assist Director of Data & Insights with Integration across all business units
- Work with the team members to interpret data and statistical results to produce unique and compelling reports

Requirements for this Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist job in Johannesburg:

- Degree, Analytical or Statistical
- Google Analytics and SiteCanalyst certification
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the digital media industry and/or web analytics
- Experience in data analysis, and/or business intelligence
- Worked with large budgets/client properties
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and reporting software
