Data Analytics/Actuarial Analyst
Using data science to enhance the analytics capabilities of various firms.
Supporting the relevant R&D required to develop and market data analytics solutions.
Developing innovative analytics solutions in changing and client specific environments with the Data Analytics team
Working with Life, General Insurance and Employee Benefit firms.
Developing coded solutions to problems, automating systems and adopting existing and new technologies to solve problems.
Explaining everyday problems using Analytics.
BSc and a minimum of 4 CT’s including CT4 and CT6
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Insurance industry (General Insurance, Health, Life)
Coding experience with Python. Matlab and R experience will also be beneficial
Past exposure to SQL data extraction and manipulation
Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, Qlik, Tableau beneficial
Passionate about working with data (data architecture understanding will be advantageous)
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Attention to detail and ability to work within defined deadlines
Ability to adapt to diverse client environments
Project management capabilities
