The main purpose of this position is to provide Data Architecture capability to resolve all impacting data problems within the organizations, and to accelerate the delivery of transformation project from Data requirements point of view. The Data Architecture will focus on the ICT delivery streams and define new strategy. The rollout of data implementation will be a key priority.

Key Performance Areas:

? Design and implement common data identifies and rollout standardisation of such identifiers.
? Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve LPFF and LPIIF data including Legal Practice Councils.
? Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications and programming.
? Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
? Install and organize information system to guarantee company functionality.
? Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
? Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
? Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features.
? Recommend solutions to improve and existing database systems.
? Educate staff members through training and individual support
? Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in information technology system / computer
science
? 4-6 years’ experience in Data Architecture role
