Data Book Reviewer

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Preparation of QC/QA part of the construction site inspection.
• Compile data packs and weld maps as well as coordinating NDT requirements as per acceptance criteria.
• Conducting all inspections, giving punch lists to construction for rectification work.
• Reviewing and approving vendor quality control plans, data books and NDT requirements.
• Seeking that all work conforms to design codes.
• KKS understanding and interpretation for reporting.
• Reporting on findings and recommendations.
• Welding and fabrication inspections.

Qualification, Knowledge and Experience:

• 5 – 10 Years project related experience in quality or construction.
• Ability to interpret drawings. P&ID’s, and isometrics.
• NDT knowledge for reviewing data books.
• A NTC 3 / 4 with a Trade Certificate in Welding or Boiler making.
• Document management systems.
• SAIW Level 2
