Data Capturer, Invoice Clerk

This role is suited for a candidate with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and familiar working with archive files. Our client is looking for a candidate who is competent and going the extra mile in achieving task set out.

Key duties:
• Assisting Administration department with archiving of files
• Assisting with supplier invoices
• Retrieving and sending copies of sale
• Sending invoices for payments
• Compiling of stats
• Capturing of data
• Capturing of invoices
• Capturing of credit notes
