Our client operates in a National Fundraising operation and offers a great working environment that is fast-paced, energetic and driven. They seek the same type of individual to join their team as an EFFICIENT DATA CAPTURER.

Job duties and requirements:

• Data capturing – fast and accurate, will take up a large portion of the workload
• Be accurate in numeracy with and intermediate command in Excel
• Communicate very well (oral/written) both externally and internally
• Be proactive in all areas of the administrative processes/projects
• Practical and detail conscious in order to maintain good administrative records
• Maintain a self-motivated, deadline orientated attitude to her work
• Learn new tasks and applications
• Proficiency and accuracy in the execution of functions performed

Previous Data Capturing experience is a must
Must be fully computer literate
Must have a typing speed over 40 words per minute
