Data Capturer Night Shift

A reputable company in the Courier industry has a position as Data Capturer Night Shift (will be required to be worked 17H00 – 05H00), available at their Klerksdorp operations, in North West Province.
Experience
At least one year’s experience in terms of performing the function of a Data Capturer or
at least 1 -2 years’ experience in an administration working environment

Level of education / qualification
Grade 12, Matric or equivalent.

• English / Afrikaans
Salary
• R 5 000.00 per month (negotiable)

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and own reliable transport
• Experience in data capturing and database management,
• Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Good communication, interpersonal & strong organizational skills,
• Attention to detail
• Good client service and support
• Result driven
• Good work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good planning and organising skills

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data in a timely manner
• Maintain data quality control measures
• Assist with data administration components
• Maintain a filing system for source documentation
• Assist with the implementation of data management plans
• Perform any administrative tasks as assigned by the Company
• Maintain, enforce and monitor parcels
• Provide management with accurate progress reports on capturing tasks
