Job Specification...
The main function of a Data Capturer is to check and load documentation
The Data Capturer will receive forms that will need to be captured into the company system·
The Data Capturer needs to check all of the details on the forms as per the SOP and reject if necessary.·
The Data Capturer will provide feedback to the supervisor twice a day of the number of CAFS, contracts loaded and of the total of filing done.
Assist phone in clients in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner
E-mails are a communication tool and must be read and actioned daily
Filing will be done if / when assistance is needed
Matric
Typing skills (40-45wpm) competency will be tested
Good communication skills
