We are currently hiring Data Engineers / Data Analysts to join our team in Cape Town. Contracts offer are 12+ months renewable at competitive hourly rates.

The Role...
Part of the Business Intelligence team and comfortable with bi-modal ways of working:
* Mode 1: Traditional and sequential, emphasizing safety and accuracy
* Mode 2: Exploratory and nonlinear, emphasizing agility and speed.
Expected to be an analytics evangelist, trainer, facilitator and role model working with all levels of users from staff to executives. Passionate about utilising information to measure and manage the business and discover new actionable insights.

You have...
* A BSc/BA in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related
* Have 5+ years of experience within a Business/Data Analyst or related role.
* Posses exceptional analytical skills: Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations as a data lover with relentless attention to Is able to perform data modelling, data cleansing, ETL, and final data product delivery.
* Deep understanding across the technical infrastructure – SAP – SQL/HANA – Data Visualization (Tableau/SAC). Obtains and shares knowledge of required systems and tools to locate and navigate data to produce meaningful outputs
* Exceptional team player with the ability to quickly develop and foster stakeholder relationships; strong collaboration skills with demonstrated track record of working with cross functional teams
* Strong process re-engineer skills with the ability to address and influence audiences at all levels
