Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the extraction, shipping and processing of customer data into the Archive service.
• Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact and manage the overall project progress of each engagement.
• Explain data, formatting and process requirements to customers and provide relevant documentation as necessary.
• Coordinate the extraction, formatting and shipping of customer data to ensure it meets defined standards and is catalogued correctly into system
• Engage with customers to address general platform questions as they relate to historical data import
• Assist clients with the use of the services and ensure best practice configuration
• Contribute process and system performance data to the QA and Development teams to enhance Data Services products and services for clients

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Within this corporate IT environment you will be required to have:
• Minimum of 5 years IT related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007/2010 or experience with Lotus Domino
• Experience with email archive solutions
• Experience with MS SQL and PowerShell
• Excellent trouble shooting skills
• Confident in contributing and discussing solutions
• Recognize that customer satisfaction is a principle measure of our business and our values

• Experience of providing technical support from SME to Enterprise class organizations
