What will you be responsible for:

  • Experience in UML and Class Designations (must understand and be able to re-use patterns.
  • BI Developer experience / BI Analytics experience
  • Some experience to Power BI or Qlickview (advantageous but not critical)

  • Assist in the development of strategic workforce plans utilizing mathematical, statistical and research techniques that will support the development of long-term capacity plans and workload predictions to inform the annual budget/planning process
  • Provide input into workforce supply and demand forecasts based on the strategic plan
  • Deliver group wide Workforce Planning initiatives and projects by understanding client expectations, analyzing Workforce Planning data, forecasting future talent / skill needs, identifying scarce skills, data modelling and scenario creation within risk, time and cost parameters
  • Provide specialist advice and consulting services for cluster Workforce Planning projects by conceptualizing alternatives, compiling proposals, providing structure and budget implications for sign -off.
  • Guide the execution of Workforce Planning projects by providing specialist advice, support and governance.
  • Developed and Implemented Communications Strategy
  • Develop and/or assist the development of communications strategies across the applicable/ relevant spectrum of communications disciplines including: reputation management, media, public relations, internal communications, brand marketing, advertising, marketing, digital, social media and new media and production of materials to deliver on business objectives
  • Apply integrated communications by using the relevant communications channels to enhance the communications mix and drive value
  • Apply knowledge of the communications field, industry and trends by providing advice, inputs and recommendations on business strategies, marketing initiatives and plans and campaigns
  • Understand business unit strategy, marketing strategy, Customer Value Propositions (CVPs), products and services, Employee Value Proposition (EVPs) to meaningfully apply to communications strategy development. Implementation of the approved communications plan and the business unit/segment/product/brand property's profile and image internally and externally by: - Managing the day to day internal and external communications activities by creating content - Managing and monitoring media and current affairs developments, across a range of media, communications channel mix with specific relevance to assigned portfolio
  • Managing the production and promotion of communication materials ensuring communications outputs are of a high standard and fulfil the needs of the target audience

  • Advise and assist business units to comply with set financial targets and relevant regulatory financial frameworks Evaluates financial statements and set appropriate guidelines and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance meet deadlines and targets through prioritizing effectively, planning and communicating
