Job Description:

The successful candidate will be required to resolve incorrect client address and email details. They should possess problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail. The candidate should be highly professional and able to speak confidently to clients and intermediaries as the position may require that they confirm static data through an outbound call. The job requires someone who takes initiative, is organised and enjoys working in a team.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Responsible for the investigation and resolution of incorrect client data.
Ensuring all incoming work is resolved within required turn-around times.
Where needed, liaise with clients/financial advisors regarding the correct client details.
Participating in ad hoc projects as needed.

Job Specification:

At least 6 months experience in a financial institution
Intermediate computer literacy (Excel, Word, email)
