Role Description:
A data warehouse developer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining data warehouse and analytics architecture to meet an enterprise’s business analysis and reporting needs.
As a PBT Consultant you will work closely with the solution architect and business analyst to fashion out the technical vision for applications in Customer Data Warehouses employing SAS/WPS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and SQL server.
Your role is to focus on technical and business feasibility of a solution and ensure that it fits within well-established patterns and guidelines laid down by the solution architect.
Design and implement ETL procedures for intake of data from both internal and outside sources; as well as ensure data is verified and quality is checked.
Design and implement ETL processes and data architecture to ensure proper functioning of analytics. as well as client’s reporting environments and dashboard.
Skills Required:
Tertiary qualification( degree/diploma) highly advantageous
Minimum of 5+ years data warehouse and Business Intelligence(BI) experience
Experience with technologies such as, SQL Server 2012, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and stored procedures
Extensive experience developing code, testing for quality assurance
Experience in working in an agile/hybrid environment.
