Previous experience in the position of Dealer Principal of at least 2 years is required. Salary package on offer is based on your previous experience and brand relevance.

As your role in this position you would need to have the following:
- Excellent understanding of current market needs and requirements.
- People management skills ensuring set targets are achieved and maintained in all different departments within the dealership.
- Understanding and implementation of processes and procedures to result in customer satisfaction as set out by standards required from the directors and the manufacturer.
- Maintaining effective control of expenses in all departments in the dealership and ensuring profitability in all areas.
- Management of assets and procurement of vehicles and parts stock as set out company directors.
- Excellent leadership ability in management with staff and motivating staff to perform at their best at all times.
