Long established and highly successful Dealership is seeking the services of a dynamic and experienced Dealer Principal

Responsibilities

Selling cars and guaranteeing optimum customer satisfaction
Maintain profit margins and keep the inventory diverse and large enough to meet customer demands
Strong negotiator with customers to close the deal
Projecting an image of honesty and integrity is imperative to build customer confidence
Motivational skills are needed to inspire and lead the sales staff
Math acumen enables the dealer principal to calculate attractive customer discounts and still generate profits.
Minimum Requirements:

Must have 4-6 years’ experience as a Dealer Principal within the Motor Industry
A Degree/Diploma will be advantageous
Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
Specific Brand experience pertaining to this Client such as Toyota, BMW, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Ford & Mazda (To be discussed during screening interview with shortlisted candidates only)
Must have contactable references
