Our motor vehicle distributor client in Ekurhuleni is looking to employ a top EE sales trainer for their dealer network.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Dealer skills analysis and implementation of programmes to improve Dealer Sales skill level


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (OUTPUTS)

1. Non technical skills analysis for Dealers
2. Support sales business with implementation of corrective action to improve customer sales experience
3. Conduct sales and customer handling skills training
4. Manage all client non-technical training programmes


COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
2. Strong sales process and project management skills
3. Good product knowledge
4. High level of computer literacy
5. Written and verbal communication skills
6. Customer focused

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Post grade 12 Degree/diploma in sales and/or marketing
2. Facilitation and Curriculum development qualification
3. Certification as Assessor/Moderator with merSETA
4. Valid driver’s licence

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales and marketing environment with proven exposure to sales process programme training and
facilitation within a Dealer network environment
2. Minimum of 2 years training of non technical training programmes
