An opportunity has become available with a Top Commercial Dealership based in Zandfontein, Pretoria. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a Dealership environment. We are looking for a well-spoken individual who has a passion for customer service, loves dealing with people and over and above this has an excellent eye for detail.

Your busy day will include:
• Booking vehicles in
• Opening job cards
• Extensive Customer liaison
• Regular follow ups with all role player
• Maintain excellent Customer satisfaction levels
• Prepare quotations
• Ensuring that targets are met

Requirements
• Matric or equivalent
• 3 years’ + experience as a Service Advisor in a Car Dealership –
• Proficient on Microsoft Office
• Kerridge or similar software experience is an absolute must.
• Valid SA driver’s license
• South African Citizen
• A solid work history with contactable references
