We are urgently recruiting for a debrief controller for a well known cold storage distributer that specializes in the distribution of frozen veg and poulty.

The following skills are required
• Do the driver, crew and fleet allocation
• Check the Briefer’s handover report
• Do the de-briefing:
• Collect documentation from the drivers and ensure that documentation is in order; all the POD’s are accounted for and signed by the customers and check for GRVs when vehicles return to Depot ( refer to appendix A – POD SOP)
• Check the relevant information on the trip sheets (such as time of delivery, kilometres travelled, working hours, fuel filled, fuel consumption, & reasons for RDs) are properly completed
• In the event of shortages, initiate an investigation report and get the written statements to be signed for by the debriefer, the driver and crew immediately ( refer to appendix B)
• On completion of the de-briefing process sign the vehicle trip sheet as confirmation that all details and information have been checked and are correct
• Ensure the drivers are shown the Netstar Driver Report daily ( refer to appendix C)
• Ensure the de-briefing is done orderly and structurally with one team at a time
