Job Description:
Debriefing Manager

A well established National firm is looking for an experienced Debriefing Manager.
A tertiary qualification with Logistics / Commercial / Management subjects will be an advantage
A successful track record at management level in an operations / distribution position is essential. This responsibility should include systems management and involvement with the expense management process
Thorough working knowledge of the tracking system as well as disciplinary procedures
Computer literate
Accountable for:
Management and control of the Mixtelematics tracking system and all information generated by the system
Administering all configuration changes tot he Mixtelematics tracking system
Confirming and approving all monthly Mixtelematics tracking system costs with the Admin Manager
Downloading Mixtelematics tracking information on a daily basis and following up on problems experienced in this regard
Arranging all new vehicle installations
Compiling exception reports that deal with driving performance - both positive and negative
Counseling and the discipline of drivers where necessary or appropriate
Management, control and reporting of all information related to accidents and insurance claims
Management and control of driver training
Management and control of staff responsible for information and procedures used in the debriefing process
Salary: Market Related + Benefits
