Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12
• 1-2 years collections experience
ITC and Criminal Record clear is a must

Responsibilities
• Operational Productivity: As per the KPI
• Quality of work: Continues updating of Collection system
• Address clients in a firm, polite and professional manner
• Arrear status of account explained in detail to the client including consequences of non-payment
• Quality team member: Adhere to the schedule as it has been set out by WFM
• Adhere to the company policies and procedures
• Service Quality: Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction results
• Make special arrangement with clients should it be necessary this
• includes legal action / negotiating on changes and terms
• Ensure correct payment arrangements are in place. Constantly follow up with the
• client
• Teamwork: Have a positive impact on the team by being involved in team activities
• Ensure that behaviour is alignment with the Company
